## Process
01. Discover (Site & brief) — Site visit, requirement study and budget frame. We establish what the plot allows and what you actually need before a line is drawn.
02. Design (Concept & plan) — Concept planning with Vastu orientation, zoning and circulation resolved together. Layouts iterate until the plan is right on paper.
03. Engineer (Drawings & approvals) — Structural design, working drawings and MDDA submission set. Approvals and documentation are prepared alongside, not after.
04. Build (Structure) — Excavation, foundation, RCC frame and masonry — executed with quality materials and supervised by the team that engineered it.
05. Refine (Finishing) — Interior and exterior finishing, services, joinery and façade treatment. This is where the project stops being a structure.
06. Deliver (Handover) — Snagging, handover and post-construction support. The relationship does not end at the last coat of paint.
